Newborn Photo Shoot

Our wonderful friend Cortney Talbott was so sweet to come when the twins were 2 weeks old and and take their newborn pictures as well as a some family shots. I would guess it was probably the hardest shoot she's ever done. Charlotte was having her just before nap major meltdown and the twins didn't want to fall asleep until the very end. I am super impressed she got as many good shots as she did. Here are a few of my favorites- I'm sure I'll include more in later posts. I'll post some bloopers down below to give you a taste of what most of the session actually looked like! When I read the question at the end, I went back to pick my favorite one. I loved them all so it was really hard to decide. So hard, in fact, that I have five favorites:

1, 2, 4, 9, and 10

Thanks for the sweet words Erin. It was a challenge but a fun one at that. I just love photo 10. Can't wait to get some more when they get a little bigger.

I like the one of you above them, with their head together. Of the bloopers I like the one with Abby on top of Oliver. I never even noticed his lip.

I love them all! So so cute.

Saw Toilet Training in Less than a Day on your list--just potty-trained Brielle last week with that book (used it on the boys too). It works great!

I love #4- you do look so beautiful! But my favorite of just the twins would have to be #1 of the bloopers... too cute! And I love your photographer friend. She's so talented!

It's almost impossible to pick a favorite because they are all so beautiful! I think the wedding rings one is my favorite and a close second is the one of them both in Matt's hands. So precious!

4/21/2019 On a ward camp out where it was really cold the very first thing in the morning Miles grumbles, "I slept horrible!" Aftter he climbs in the parent's sleeping bag, "It smells like bad breath in here and... butt cracks!" We were dying!
2/27/2017 Not wanting to go to sunbeams, "I not free (three) I a baby!" Not wanting to sit in a car seat, "I not free I five!" Wanting to go to the auntie sleepover with the big kids, "I not free I five or seven." and "I sad at you" with big crocodile tears.
