First Haircuts

I knew it was time to cut Olly's hair when 6 people in the same week asked me when he was going to get his first haircut. So many comments about how unfair life is when Olly gets so much more hair than either of his sisters at that age. Matt claims we don't want hairy daughters anyway- which is true- but some on their head would be nice. Avoid all those hats and sunscreen!

Charlotte was a little scared and didn't want to do it until right before her aunt was about to leave. We just trimmed it a little in the back to even it out. It looks so much better. The front and sides are still way shorter but I'm hoping they will start to catch up soon- I really don't want to do bangs but it's impossible to keep the hair pinned to the side with a toddler.

Charlotte after- first time in her life the left side isn't longer than the right!

Check out that mullet- also longer on the left! I got an impressive pony tail for his baby book- I'd be thrilled if this was Abby's hair!

After with Auntie Katherine- there were a few tears but she's a pro and he got over it pretty quick with some singing.

After- so handsome- he looks so much older too without his baby curls!

Thanks Auntie Katherine for making the trip and being so good with our kids!

LIttle Miss Abigail should need her first haircut in about 4 years or so!

Too cute!!! They all look great!

It is funny how boys get the nice hair & lots of it. Noah keeps telling me he wants his hair cut like Keegan & Daddy's, but I tell him no because his hair is so pretty. And mommi wants to live vicariously through him with his beautiful waves & curls!

I like Abby's outfit...

Lily doesn't seem to be getting any curl. Which I guess is good for her later in life. But I'm missing the curls. Oliver's hair is awesome.

So Lucas will be 2 next month and still hasn't had a real haircut except for me trimming his bangs. I really want to get it cut soon but Nate keeps telling me not to. It need some shaping or somthing though.
