I've been bogged down in trying to get through all the summer pictures but I really miss blogging. So I'm going to skip ahead to last week for now!
We are so lucky to have 2 new temples built close to us in the last year. They were both announced at the same time as well. We visited the beautiful, large, Gilbert Temple in January and now the new Phoenix temple in October. My parents, and both of my brothers' families, and our family all went together. About half the kids and grand kids. First we went to lunch at Red Robin (which was kind of a circus with the one-year-olds, Miles and Addie) and then we parked at Wet n' Wild and were shuttled to the temple. It was beautiful. The kids loved having their cousins there but they might have been more distracted. I got to hold hands with the 2 little 4 year old boys Olly and Trac- so cute!

| My brother Jesse's family. I'm happy they will be an hour closer to a temple but I'll miss getting to see them and watch their kids! |
Matt asked if anyone was coming to our house before or after. And I sadly remarked, "No, no one is ever coming to our house again! They all have a temple closer to them!" It's somewhat true, both of the grandparents, and my brother's family will be in the Phoenix temple distrct. Living so close to the Mesa temple meant we got to see lots of people when they would come to what used to be the only temple in Arizona for a long time.

| Addie was very independent. I loved watching her carry the huge bag by herself with the strap wrapped around her leg. |
 |
| The girl cousin trio! What cute and nice girls! Eliza, Charlotte, Maya |
 |
| I love my family and I love the temple! |
 |
| Excuse the blurry picture.... Coming soon- Halloween costumes. One sewing project down, 1 (possibly 2) to go! Wish me luck! |
It was a great weekend. It's always fun to be with family especially at a Temple. Thanks for sharing. Love that little Elsa (hope I spelled it right?) Love Grandma
