When Arizona got a record snow storm New Year's Eve, and my sister's family was visiting from Utah we decided we needed to go up to Cornville for New Year's. Olly got to play in the snow camping with Matt at last year's father's and sons but our other 3 kids had never played in it before. This is the most snow I've seen in Cornville.
Savannah and Abby
Grandad even found a little sled for the little hill
Miles wasn't too sure about all the cold wetness.
Someone gave him a sucker and then he conked out on the living room floor.
The next day the kids wanted to build a snowman but the consistency of the snow was all wrong. I managed a snow pile with sticks, rocks and a carrot nose. They seemed satisfied.
Miles was quite taken with his new friend.
I'm so glad we went! Now Olly can't keep lording it over the girls that he got to see snow. Now we'll just have to take the girls camping too!
I think everyone had a fun time. Love Grnadma
