1. I am usually a side sleeper- until I became pregnant. Now when I'm supposed to sleep on my side I am constantly waking up on my stomach or back. How annoying.
2.Yellow is now one of my favorite colors. When I was little I used to divide my crayon box into boy colors (green, blue) and girl colors (pink, purple, red) and gross colors yellow and brown because they reminded me of... well you figure it out. I no longer have that issue obviously.
3.My little sister Marti is one of my favorite people. We didn't always get along perfectly (mostly when we shared a room) but for most of our lives we have been very good friends despite the fact that we have very different hobbies and personality traits in some ways. She makes me laugh harder than almost anyone else. She is smart, funny, insightful, helpful, and knows me really well which is a plus. We could talk forever about books, movies, and our opinions on all kinds of things. I'm really going to miss her if she goes on a mission. She stays at our house at least once a month. You'll always have a place in the baby's room Marti!4.I once won an apple eating contest by putting an entire apple core in my mouth (stem and all) and eating it. It was very uncomfortable until I could swallow. David Johansen I hope you're reading this and feeling the shame of not winning that contest.
5. I love seasons. I love the fall colors, I love the magic of the snow, I love the crispness of autumn and spring. I love it when it rains. Which is why I live in Mesa where there are really only two seasons- hot and hades. Okay I'm exaggerating. I've never really had to live in the snow very long but I did like it.

6. Birthday cake remix ice cream at Coldstone is my favorite. You should try it. Cake batter ice cream (that tastes just like cake batter), brownie, sprinkles, caramel. You can't beat that.
7. When I was little one of the jobs I wanted was a hair dresser. I don't know what I was thinking. I don't even like to do my own hair. Why in the world would I want to do other people's hair all day? It might be less job stress than a teacher but I don't know. People are probably pretty mad when you mess up their haircut.
I love learning new things about you, I didn't know you won an apple eating contest. Who would have known that about Erin. I love when you and Marti are together there is always a lot of happy laughter. It's fun to go to movies with you two. You laugh at the same parts even if no one else in the theatre is laughing. ReplyDeleteI was totally present for that apple eating contest and I was present for the 20 minutes it took her to finish eating the apple! I'll never forget that experience! Thanks for letting me be there! Oh and I'm in agreement, Birthday cake remix is the best ice cream! We should go out and get some sometime... OR we can go buy some plain cake batter ice cream, make some brownies and mix in sprinkles and chocolate fudge and spend about the same amount! You are too much fun! Love ya!

Yes! I'm fact #3! I think this validates my existance to some degree eh? I'd like to add that I beat David Johansen in a watermelon eating contest once... but there's a distinct chance that he let me win... and I'd already lost to Aaron Helvig and Michelle Turney, so it really wasn't much of a feat... was that a bad story? Es posible.
