The church emphasized celebrating Easter in a bigger and more intentional way. Our ward did a fun Passover-type program and dinner. Matt had just come home from the hospital but I was so glad the kids were able to go. Someone sent me a picture of my girls and a bunch of their friends. We have such great youth in our ward!

| Matt was especially worn out the first few weeks. Matt and Miles had a good Easter nap. |
| Miles is a good sport and wears the bunny ears for the egg hunt. |
| Lined up for the egg hunt, we usually do it on Saturday but with Matt going back in the hospital it didn't happen. So we did Sunday after church. |
| Marti and Spencer were so nice to come to our sacrament program. The girls played their violin and cello with the Engler girls and Erin sang the Sally DeFord very complicated and beautiful "Because He Lives" with the ward choir. It was such a wonderful meeting and way to worship our Savior and remember His infinite love through the atonement and resurrection. |

| The week leading up to Easter we open a wooden egg each day and read from the sciptures and watch videos of what Jesus did each day of Holy week then we put up pictures on our wall. I love how it looks by the end of the week! |
