This was the most relaxing fall break we had in quite some time. We watched General conference the first weekend, ate cinnamon rolls, candy, did puzzles, and took notes.
We went to the library and Target on Monday. Every break from school starts with the library whether we're staying home or going on a trip. Started the series Once Upon a Time show with the kids.
We went to Vetruccio Farms pumpkin patch as a family Monday night. One perk of Matt working from home and being on East Coast time is he finishes work earlier so we see him more in the evenings!

| We loved the piglet and Charlotte definitely needed a picture! |
| Matt and I barely fit in this tractor train/cow cars! They all have cute names painted on the side! |
| The first time we did the corn maze as a family! Not nearly as hard or cold as the haybale maze in Idaho a few years back. |
| Abby has grown so much this year! At age 11 she's 4'11" I think she will pass Charlotte and me! |
| 12 was the year Charlotte caught up to me! She's about .5 inch taller than me! |

All 4 on the teeter-totter
We picked my mom up at the airport Tuesday afternoon after her road trip with Aunt Tracey to Chicago! The Marco polos were hilarious! Then we drove up to Cornville after a nice rainstorm that morning. We stopped in Camp Verde to see our cousin Maya for her 14th birthday. A couple weeks after this she feel and broke her jaw and teeth poor Maya! |

| Their garage is a game room- so fun! |
Wednesday we got up early to drive to Oak Creek Canyon and hiked part of West Fork. My kids were cold and out of practice hiking. I prefer to do it with people who enjoy it and don't complain but I was glad we did about a 1.5 and then turned around. They would probably have liked it better when it's warmer. Or as Miles said, "I could be happy hiking if I had Uncle John and Adam with me." He loved hiking delicate arch and all the other hikes this summer with them!
| Some of the leaves were turning. |
| Old cave the settlers would use. |
| Olly thought the foam that formed was interesting. |
| Sister love, or wrestling. |
| I took them for treats at Wildflower Bread Co and Cold Stone in Sedona. The views were beatiful. |
| We finally caught a frog. Olly has been so disappointed and the last few Cornville trips after looking and looking. I spot this little guy by the fish pond and managed to catch him for Olly. |
| I love when all 4 of them play together! Legos for the win! We watched some Once Upon a Time while we were there also. |
| Dropped Marti off for her Hawaii trip! We go to the aiport a lot! |
| This boy LOVES chocolate milk his whole life! |
I worked on a 1000 piece Norman Rockwell puzzle and relaxed the rest of the break. It was nice but I do love trips during breaks also! The first quarter was a rough adjustment with more homework and harder tests, especially for Charlotte. I'm hoping 2nd quarter will be better.
