Patriotic Pumpkins

What can I say... I LOVE to play dress up with my kids!

Near Labor Day a few week's ago I dressed up the kids like this for church...

With Sept. 11th and nearly 4th of July birthdays they have to be patriotic right?

Best Friends!

Then today I broke out the Halloween stuff I got on clearance a year ago. I love to dress my kiddos up for holidays but I'm too cheap to buy the outfits at full price. So I buy a year in advance. Most of this stuff was a dollar each. I've got some cute Christmas stuff coming up too!

Three sweet pumpkins!
Oliver and Abigail are such smiley babies! I LOVE it!

In other news, the weather has actually been under 100 degrees the last few days. We've had some awesome monsoon type storms. I took Charlotte outside to watch it and of course- being spunky Charlotte, she ran right out into it in her clothes. That's her sandbox full of water in the background- it was really coming down! I thought this summer would NEVER end. I am so ready to go on walks again! I feel like I can finally breathe outside!

  1. Wow! Look at you go momma! Two posts in October and we're only 5 days in. Love the updates, especially now that I live far away. Charlotte looks huge next to O & A in that first picture, but it is clear that they babies growing quickly! And all the coordinating outfits look great. I can't wait to see your Christmas pics.

  2. Love the pictures. We had some bad storms too. Our neighbors tree fell over on top of their car. The hail was over an inch in diameter.

  4. I love getting great deals! My mom would always do that growing up with Christmas presents, but then she would forget about them, so we would always get presents in march! They look so adorable in their little matching outfits!
