3 month recap 4 month stats- a month late

4 month shot of the "perfect pair" They are looking so chubby to me in this picture! Check out Abby's belly and thigh rolls!

We had another doctor appointment on the 5th so I'm finally getting around to posting the stats- yep that would be November 5th- as in a whole month ago. I write posts but never get around to actually posting them.

4 month stats
Oliver
13 lbs 1oz (30th percentile)
25.25 inches long (80th percentile crazy!)
16.5 inches head circumference (75th percentile)
It's hard to believe how small he was at birth! His head and length are so high on the charts. His weight is still below the average baby but he's still jumping up the growth chart instead of staying on one growth curve.

Abigail
11lbs 14 oz (10th percentile only 3 oz away from triple her birth weight!)
24.5 inches long (50th percentile)
15.75 head circumference (20th percentile)
Still small but I'm so impressed with how chubby she's getting! She looks fatter than Olly because she's shorter.
Tummy time buddies. We see a lot of this these days. Oliver's been doing this for months now. Abby started pushing up in October.
Charlotte still can't get enough of them. She's starting to "play" with them. She shows them her toys, hands them things, puts play phones up to their ears and talks to them, reads them books. It's so sweet I have to get a picture when I catch her doing it.

Pumpkin twins. So many Halloween outfits- so little time!
Mr. Big Blue Eyes

The "Perfect Pair" (Pear) Lovin' the Bumbos. Oliver lasts longer than Abigail at this point before they slump over and gnaw on the edge!

Oliver can get all over the room for a couple of months now. He was laying the the blanket right next to Abby on his back a few minutes before this picture was taken. He doesn't like it when he ends up on the cold tile. I think we might have an early crawler on our hands. He is so strong!

They can stay sitting up for a couple of seconds with a pillow behind them. Abby can last for quite a while. They are such sweet happy babies.

  1. I love them! They are so big now! They are just too cute. I love this stage when they start to develop their own look instead of looking like a newborn. Awesome that Olly can move like that! Congrats on three beautiful kids!

  2. It doesn't matter when you get things posted. I always feel like it has to be on THAT day. Then I calm down and do it whenever I want/have time to. Oliver cracks me up. He was just sitting in his Dad's arms yesterday at church looking around, happy as can be. I couldn't stop smiling because it was just so darn cute! They are all cute. And Charlotte is such a wonderful big sister. The twins are so lucky!

And so true about the camera--a better camera makes for better pictures, I think! But who cares, what would we do if we didn't have all of these thousands of pictures of our kids?

  3. Such sweet babies, and they are growing so well! Ollie has a much bigger head than Levi. :) My kids have such tiny heads. Cute pictures!

  4. They are growing up so quickly. Loved all the pictures. I know about early crawlers. Scott was climbing the stairs at 5 months. Scared me to death!

  5. Leg rolls are so exciting! Ollie is really tall. He'll be caught up to the Ison and Millet babies before you know it. I write down all the new things Evelyn does when they happen, but I haven't posted many of them. I'll have to do one big post sometime soon.

  6. For the longest time I thought I had added you to my reader and that you were just too busy to post. Then I checked and you had been posting a ton. Oops. You're on it now. Fun pics!
