Because Thanksgiving Always Gets the Shaft

That's the real reason my Thanksgiving post is a month late right? I just want to focus the the holiday all about gratitude. We had a great Thanksgiving with Matt's family this year. Charlotte- who won't go within 20 feet of most people had no issues riding Matt's uncle's turtle. She watches this video over and over and over.

I had grand plans to finish a bunch of fall crafts but this is all I got done. All after Thanksgiving of course. At least I made them big so I can use them for years to come.

Matt came into the living room one morning to see this...

I'm pretty sure he thinks I'm a little crazy.

Our little wild turkeys...

All of my ideas were stolen from Pottery Barn kids. My current obsession with them is resulting in a lot of trips to JoAnn's to make it myself or Craislist to buy their stuff used!

Happy Very Late Thanksgiving!

  4. Those are the cutest hats. My kids loved watching Charlotte ride the tortoise. What kind is that? Our desert tortoise is hibernating.
