It's time to lock up...

Everything!

Yes, we have a crawler! It's like she is seeing our house for the first time. She is so excited to explore and get into things. It is worth it to have to baby proof because she is happier and able to entertain herself a little more. I don't have to be the mom taxi from room to room as much. Here are 2 videos of her crawling. One of them is a little wobbly, I was trying to get a side view and it didn't work out.

On a side note- When I bought the pink onesie she is wearing on sale I thought it was weird that it had an octopus on it. But it was on sale so I didn't care too much. Now I think it is a very appropriate animal to have on her shirt since she grabs everything in sight and I feel like she has 8 arms sometimes!

  1. I agree it's easier to just childproof and let them have at the world. Then you can actually leave the room (even though now she'll be following you everywhere you go)

  2. Watch out after crawling comes running. Then you really have a hard time keeping up with them. She sure is a cute girl.

  5. She really did start moving overnight! Hopefully she'll entertain herself a little better now. We love having her over at our house.

  6. yay for mobility! I can't believe she's 9 months old! She is the cutest 9 month old girl out there! We need to have a play date- but Brooklee won't be as fun as Charlotte.

  7. Oh yay! I love, love when babies learn to crawl. They are so much easier to entertain and so much happier!

  8. Let the fun begin. I've been babyproofing for the past two weeks and Easton continues to find things to get into. What is it with the dirty sandals? Easton loves those too! Have fun....
